A New Adventure Starts Soon.....

Starting January 1st, 2010, I begin a new adventure.

After five years of 15-20 craft shows a year, I am tired. I've cut back my showings drastically, and have decided that this is my year to explore.

My year to hone my skills.

My year to learn new things.

I'm nervous, and apprehensive, and more than a little scared.

But it's now or never!

Join me, won't you?

Lori Anderson designs jewelry full time. Her work can be seen at www.lorianderson.net.

  10. Wow Lori, I am excited for you! I've always admired your work btw. I know you need to expand though- and I respect that.

I can't wait to see what you do. I know it's going to be fabulous! You are such a creative spirit! I will be anxiously awaiting your new arrivals! :)

You may know I have done a 180 in my own work as well. All it took was a weekend of metal working classes and I was hooked.

    Best wishes on your journey!

  11. Hello and greetings from a Swede, right now living the Caribbean chapters of my life. What was supposed to be a year is now 8 years... and I still love every second of it.
I am a photographer, following my heart and I keep on listening to the sound of my own drum.
I was thinking somewhat simular as you, I was working really hard with promotion and photography in Stockholm, Sweden, and thought that No, I want to check out for a while and see if there is more for me, inside or around me, beside or beyond.
Go girl, you will always know that you did it and made your own journey.

  13. It is sure to be a good year and I am excited for you. I look forward to similar things in my life. As artist and as individuals we keep on growing, discovering, and learning. As Martha Stewart would say, "It's a good thing."
